Hugo and Dawn are reunited! And could it be that Dawn has forgotten all about his insufferable self? Well, if she has, she’s quite a dolt!

I’m sure that Dawn can overlook his little eccentrities, right? There’s so much more to concentrate upon!

Hon! Hon! Hon! Today is another day, oui? And there’s so much to see in NYC, like a 40-year-old movie!

Yeah, like this little put-down of the Great American Theater (not Theatre, like those stuffy Brits), is going to result in a MONSTROUS blow-up in the Sunday strip…dream on, folks.

…or maybe Hugo called her. Anyway, I succumbed to the screechy siren call of the she-Weston.

And in spite of Jared’s cranial viscosity, there are occasion bright spots. Well, at least to a turnip like Dawn.

Can we get a new story…without a Weston…please?

Dawn is back at Mary’s, opening her heart to her. I like to think, in spite of the endless Botox treatments, Mary knows that her time on earth is limited, and she’s decided not to waste it on idiots and their problems (i.e., Dawn and her romances).

Why does it seem that I’m also doing the artwork for MW? It’s not like Moy is writing the next War and Peace, or letting Mary and Dawn spout a couple of Shakespearean sonnets.

…maybe it’s the author, maybe it’s the water in Santa Royale, maybe it’s Mary’s collection of gay porn, but a number of fellas in town sure have purty mouths.
And they sure ain’t bashful to use ’em, either.
(That’s Ted, who evidently was once hitting on Mary…unless something better came along. And that’s sappy Jared.)

…but I really don’t like Jared. Even to the point of NOT wanting him mash on Droopy Dawn (how bad is that?!??).

And guess what happens next!!!

For good or ill, Hugo is off the hook! La vie est belle!

And, we all know, this torrid romance is likely to last even shorter than the Covid-19 pandemic:

To be fair, I’m amusing myself with CCR’s “Hag Moon Rising”…

And maybe…finally…hopefully…this will be the end of Dawn and Jared for a long, long time.
