Snark It Up, FuzzBall!

I miss our Comics Curmudgeon buddy Dingo.  Even when he wasn’t being his wonderfully filthy self, he was amazingly funny.  I doubt I’ll ever be adept at computer animation, and when the comics throws you Spiderman dancing for joy (no kidding! check out the 4/17/12 strip) or the Phantom making jazz hands (okay, he wasn’t really, but a girl can dream and a mash-up can result), I am reminded of Dingo’s “Mary Worth:  Dancing Queen” on YouTube:

Ah, well.  Scott really only needed someone to help him get the baby’s nursery ready (hey, Margo, at least you didn’t have to worry about getting paint on your clothes!).

And now at the end of the project, it’s time for a little celebration…

This recent Phantom had so much promise…namely Lucha Libre!  Then it devolved into Asian drug cartels (yeah, like Mexico doesn’t already have enough problems) and virtually no Lucha Libre.  I guess I shouldn’t complain, as Kit Walker is the very embodiment of an Lucha hero.

Oh, heck, it’s my blog, I’ll complain if I want to!  And it’s always fun when Lee Falk, creator of The Phantom, drops by.  At least I think it’s Lee Falk…
