Snark It Up, FuzzBall!

A new story on the Rex Morgan horizon?  Becka seems almost reconciled with Peter, and Tim’s going to yank his mom out of Green Pastures Rest Home because she’s happy there and has a nice elderly “boyfriend” who is happy with her company, too (Tim is such a freakin’ tool).

Tim sports a very unhappy look when it appears Becka and Peter will be going home together, because, you know, that’s what married people do, and his ploy for wooing and winning her seems to have failed.

I like to think that it’s a sour reaction for a completely different reason:

While Tim gets his cartoonial pink-slip, it’s All’s Well That Ends Well for Becka and Peter. (ohpleaseohpleaseohplease let this mean Rex is coming home!)

He’d end the current storyline in Rex Morgan.

It might be coming to an end, though.  The two old folks with Alzheimer’s have been found and are safe, and now Anger Management Poster Boy Tim can finally meet Handsome Philandering Husband Poster boy Peter.  Oh, joy.

That week of Delilah telling Mary her good news, and Mary telling Delilah that all good things happen if people just listen to Mary Worth appears to have only been a brief blip in the Idiot-O-Meter…instead of more with Delilah the Idiot, it appears we’re looping back to more of the Adrian the Idiot story.

Dang.

Although, to be honest, I was hoping that a new Delilah the Idiot story might re-introduce Charley the Perv.  Then again, what if Charley’s day job were a Physical Therapist?!?  ohpleaseohpleaseohplease…

Or, what if Scott’s primary care physician had a day off? Or was on vacation? Or had the flu? Or retired?

I think that little Guran dude is wandering around the halls…

And if the Great Pumpkin grants wishes, maybe he’ll bring Rex and June back!

But wait! There’s more!

Sunday’s Mary Worth culminates with a recap of Jeff’s heart-rending soliloquy to Scott.   Scott remains unconscious. Maybe Jeff needs to work on his bedside manner.

I mean, just because you’re unconscious doesn’t mean you can’t appreciate some positive vibes, like some happy talk and a sweet smile. Or even a sexy, sexy one:

Come back, Rex Morgan!

Oh, the laughs! The good times!  The thrills!

Still, Mary and Jeff somehow survive his crappy driving and arrive at the haunted house of terror!!! Check out that hideous apparition in Panel 2! hospital…
