Five-year-old Shannon is consistently painted with a spoiled brat brush in Luann…WHEN EVERYONE ELSE IN THE STRIP IS JUST AS LOATHESOME. Evans’ “evil” characters are the most interesting — I guess they need something to keep us from cheering for them (HAH!).
