There just didn’t seem to be enough “girl talk” in today’s strip (i.e., there was a lot of open space for word and thought balloons, bon mots, and general catty hate-ons between the two):

It’s glorious, glorious Friday — no hurricanes, no rain, no wind, maybe a LOT of crap to clean up if you’re in New Jersey and New York. Speaking of crap, Mary and Dawn are still in the kitchen, whipping up…something…it’s culinary art, of a sort.
